Creekside Nutrition, located at 1126 Capitol Trail, will hold a grand opening on August 21st, 2010 at 1:30 pm. Owners are longtime Middletown residents Shirley LaFrancis and Wanda Scrafford, and Tom Zappacosta, of Pike Creek.
